For the majority of my career, I have been an HR Executive overseeing all functional areas including Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.

I moved into consulting where I partnered with public and private sector employers to vet, select and implement ERP and ATS systems. I’ve configured ATS systems and understand how they work. And how they don’t work!

Most recently, I was an Executive Leader in Technical Services building and growing a large team.

Throughout my career, two things remained constant: being laid off (and looking for a job) and coaching job seekers (as a side gig). I had a resume writing business early on, worked in the Career office of my grad school, and volunteered at the Workforce Department.
